Why does Beef and Pie Productions have a Coffee Bar?

Our first corporate purchase was an espresso machine.

Needless to say we have a passion (read: addiction) for the black gold.  Eight years ago we started custom roasting Beef and Pie coffee blends - now the addicts are lining up for it. 

Why do we think we can run the best coffee bar ever? 

No one knows what we’re fully capable of until we try it, right?  We never thought we’d make a documentary about a beard growing contest, spend 25 shoots on the road with Deion Sanders or go to Kazakhstan to film a rocket launch.  But we did and drank a lot of double Mochas along the way. Our coffee philosophy is simple – keep it simple, do it right.

We are sick of the Skinny Peppermint Venti Frappachinos with a caramel drizzle that passes for coffee these days.  If you want two extra pumps of sissy in your coffee you might look elsewhere.

What do we do that’s different?

We custom roast our own blends and strive to pull the perfect shot of espresso every single time.

Our cups are designated Small, Medium and Large – the way God intended it.  If you want to sit and enjoy your cup of coffee we’ll make you a French Press with a timer so you know just when to press the beans - we think this is the best way to enjoy a cup of coffee.
